Controller and information collected
Deploy Routehub is the data controller for information submitted through this website or exchanged about an engagement. We may collect your name, work contact details, organisation, enquiry, correspondence, contract records and billing information. We do not ask for app-user data through the contact form.
Purposes and lawful bases
We use enquiry details to respond and take steps at your request before a contract. Contract and billing records support performance of an agreement and legal obligations. Limited business contact records may be retained for our legitimate interests in maintaining professional relationships. Optional analytics, if introduced, rely on consent.
Sharing, transfers and security
Information may be handled by contracted hosting, email, accounting and professional advisers under appropriate duties. Where a supplier processes information outside the UK, we use an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards and assess relevant risks. We apply access controls, account separation and data-minimisation practices.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Contract and invoice records are generally retained for six years after the relevant financial year. Engagement working data follows the signed scope and is normally removed within 90 days of completion unless another period is required.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing.
