Why this practice exists
Our founder, Daniel Rowe, spent twelve years working between product analytics, experimentation and mobile commerce. Again and again, a confident funnel chart concealed a weak denominator, a late exposure event or a purchase state that meant different things on iOS and Android.
Deploy Routehub began as a focused alternative to broad transformation programmes: one journey, carefully defined; one finding linked to its evidence; one team able to make the next decision.
How we work with teams
We ask product owners to explain the user promise, engineers to explain what the client actually emits, and analysts to explain how the table is assembled. None of those accounts is treated as ground truth on its own.
Our working values are plain:
- Definitions before percentages. A conversion rate is only useful when entry, eligibility and success are unambiguous.
- Limits stay visible. Missing identity, consent gaps and short observation windows belong beside the conclusion.
- Teach the trail. Your analyst should be able to reproduce and challenge our work.
- Collect less, deliberately. We do not recommend personal data when an aggregated event answers the question.
Daniel leads every engagement, with specialist statistical or implementation review brought in only when the scope warrants it. Clients always know who is examining their data and who will attend the workshop.
